Gorgepus property in Centro Positive: Beautiful courtyard and rooftop. Very spacious and comfortable suites very close to the main square. Negative: Internet was out for nearly 3 days

Great location, great apartments and beautiful property. Positive: We live in San Antonio, Texas and have flown to SMA at least 20 times in the past 15 years. The property is on one of the oldest and richest streets (Sollano) in SMA - a former mansion 300 years old that has been beautifully converted into 6 apartments by the property owner. This old colonial mansion has thick adobe and stone walls, beautiful courtyards, plants and fountains and has one of the best rooftop balcony views in SMA. We arrived at midnight after a late flight to Queretaro with a clear set of instructions on the coded and carded entry with no problem. Otherwise, daytime entry is routine with cleaning, maintenance and garden staff on site. Security on the property is really good. The owner was not on site this holiday season, but we were in constant contact with Lucia on WhatsApp. The apartments are all unique and very different with beautiful tile, wood, cabinetry, brick and stone craftsmanship. We have stayed here twice (apartments 1 & 2) but have seen all of the apartments. The TVs are good for streaming, and the internet is fast. No breakfast is served but there are 15 cafes that do that are within a block. Very good coffeemakers in the room, full-size refrigerators and big, fully stocked kitchens (but who would cook in SMA with a hundred great places to eat nearby?) My only reservation with giving a recommendation this good is I want this place to be available the next time we come to SMA Negative: Everything was great.

Negative: El tiempo de respuesta del anfitrión y la atención, además de que el agua para beber es por filtro y no embotellada lo cual no me parece buena idea, ya que deberían considerar ambas opciones para los que tomamos únicamente agua embotellada,

Positive: Very spacious and full of all necessary facilities. Super convenient location.
