Loft 4, Sollano 34

Book if you can. It's that good. Positive: Location was very close to the historical center. Facility was beautiful and spacious. Staff was responsive and friendly. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You also have rooftop access for beautiful sunsets as well as a great view of the main cathedral.

Good location. Not a five star "hotel" - a room rental with new policies after check-in. Positive: The building was located close to town and about few minute walk to the main square. There were several restaurants and coffee places near by. There was a nice rooftop patio that overlooked the church. Comfortable place to stay for a couple of days. Negative: Well this is not a hotel. This is more of a unit rental. There is a lot of public space, but while unadvertised when we booked or at the point when I write the review - only guests are permitted, similar to Airbnb, not a hotel. A disappointment as we wanted to have a few friends over prior to a wedding (through use of on site cameras) the building manager text me multiple times telling me they needed to leave immediately. (Note this was at 4:00 PM and not other tenants in the building). Coffee for the maker would be nice.

Positive: This is a beautiful apartment, and the location is perfect for a central stay in SMA Negative: The only thing I would have liked was to have the ability to make some coffee with creamers and sugars. The equipment was there, but it would’ve been necessary to run to the store to buy coffee and creamers. Otherwise this apartment is beautiful and exceptionally quiet for Central I would recommend this apt without hesitation

Positive: La casa es hermosa muy privada literal a 2 cuadras de la Catedral Negative: Que supongo que el fin de semana no hacen el aseo de las habitaciones

Positive: The location was an easy walk to the city center. So comfortable. Great.orice for 5 nights. It was so easy to communicate with management and staff. Thank you! Negative: I loved everything! A note to other travelers, the hot water in the shower takes quite a bit of time to appear, but it is there, and great water pressure!
